How to Check PPC Average Cost Per Click for a Keyword

In this section we will show you how to create a campaign in seller central in order to check the average CPC (cost per click) for your main keyword

  1. Login to your seller central account
  2. Go to the ad dashboard
  3. Click on create campaign button
  4. Click on “Sponsored Products” section
  5. Scroll down and click on the “Manual Targeting”
  6. Scroll down to the “products” section and add any product you have in inventory
  7. Scroll down to the “keywords” section. Click on the dropdown and select “exact” and then paste or enter 2-5 of the top keywords
  8. Click on “Add Keywords”
  9. Scroll down to see the “Suggested Bid” Find the highest suggested bid and add $0.05. This calculates your average CPC
